Teatime at RGTS

To mark the end of a successful term, the Year 7's brought their own afternoon tea to the Food & Nutrition room, incorporating what they have learnt about British culture in lessons.

The project involved researching foods that were served at an afternoon tea, and the end result was amazing! All the classes did extremely well, making a range of foods such as scones filled with cream and jam, cookies, decorated cakes, brownies and sandwiches served with tea.

The planning and preparation that went into the whole project was thorough and well presented. And staff members were invited to be part of the occasion which went down a treat.

Well done to all the fantastic students that took part!
